Hi! My name is Jill Shaughnessy. I am based in London and am originally from South Jersey/Philadelphia in the States. I finished my postgraduate degree at the London School of Economics and Political Science, earning a MSc in Politics and Communication. While studying at LSE, I have amassed ample knowledge in creating campaigns, media and political theory, strategic communications, and social media that I hope to apply to my future career.

I am a graduate of Arcadia University in Glenside, Pennsylvania USA, where I earned a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Media and Communications. I have experience in both the journalism and political sectors. I currently work part-time as a Resident Life Supervisor at Boston University in London. 

I recently wrote my Masters dissertation about the use of Instagram for self-representation and fashion for "the Squad" in US Congress. I am an ambitious, hard-working, and personable individual and I look forward to the next steps in my professional career.
